3. Sfy Life AI Personalization
SfyKart may use shopping activity, order history, browsing or category interest, saved preferences, onboarding choices, and app activity to personalize Sfy Life suggestions. This is designed to support helpful shopping features such as Buy Again, Smart Picks, Recommended For You, Budget Picks, Shopping Calendar, Shopping Memory Score, and related AI shopping experiences.
Sfy Life AI is a shopping personalization layer. It does not place orders automatically and does not replace your own product decision.
4. AI Consent and User Control
AI personalization is optional where applicable. You may be able to turn Sfy Life personalization on or off from Sfy Life Privacy & Controls in the app. You may also manage your consent and personalization preferences when these controls are available.
Users may manage or disable Sfy Life personalization from Settings - Sfy Life - Privacy & Controls where available. You may also contact SfyKart support for additional privacy or data requests.
Sfy Life is designed to support privacy and user control. We avoid sensitive questions and keep personalization focused on shopping needs.
5. AI Memory and Deletion
You can request deletion of Sfy Life AI memory and personalization data. AI memory may include AI profiles, recommendations, predictions, Shopping Memory Score data, onboarding preferences, consent preferences, and future shopping calendar data.
Some order, payment, invoice, refund, support, fraud prevention, business, tax, legal, and compliance records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
6. Data Retention
We retain information depending on legal, operational, security, support, and business requirements. Sfy Life AI profile and personalization data may be deleted after extended inactivity where applicable.
Order, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, payment-related, refund, and delivery records may be retained as required for legal, compliance, accounting, security, support, and business purposes. Support or helpdesk records may be retained for customer service and dispute handling purposes.
7. Family Shopping Profiles
Family Shopping Profiles are optional shopping organization features. No sensitive family details are required. SfyKart does not require medical data, health conditions, birth date, government ID, family phone or email, family address, school details, or workplace details for Sfy Life personalization.
8. What Sfy Life Does Not Do
- No automatic purchase or direct checkout action
- No medical, health diagnosis, or treatment advice
- No guarantee of product results
- No hidden family tracking
- No sensitive profiling for Sfy Life shopping personalization
9. Push Notifications and Reminders
SfyKart and Sfy Life may send order updates, reminders, recommendations, or shopping-related notifications where enabled. You can manage notification permissions from your device or app settings.
10. Data Safety and Security
We use data for app functionality, order processing, shopping personalization, customer support, fraud prevention, security, and app improvement. We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways, and we do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
SfyKart may use Firebase and Google services for authentication, database, hosting, cloud functions, notifications, crash or log diagnostics, and app improvement where applicable. Payment services such as Razorpay or other payment gateways may process payment information under their own privacy policies.
If we become aware of a significant data security incident affecting user information, we may notify affected users and take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and respond to the issue in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements.
11. Third Party Services
We may use third-party service providers for payments, delivery, analytics, hosting, authentication, notifications, customer support, and technical operations. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Children's Privacy
SfyKart is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.
13. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests
You may request account deletion, Sfy Life AI memory deletion, or other privacy support by emailing support@sfykart.com. For account deletion, please use the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will review and process eligible requests within a reasonable business timeframe, subject to records we may need to retain for legal, tax, fraud prevention, refund, support, or compliance purposes.
14. Refund and Returns Policy
We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within the applicable return window
- Product must be unused and in original packaging where required
- Refunds are processed after pickup and verification where applicable
- Damaged or wrong items may be replaced at no extra cost
- Some products may be non-returnable due to category or hygiene rules
